For appreciate its consumer.. Infinix launches its free service day next Tuesd

For appreciate its consumer, Infinix Egypt, the leading Smartphone brand, is launching a customer service day under the title “Free Service Day “ During the last Tuesday of every month starting next Tuesday.

Every last Tuesday of the month, Infinix offers its customers, through its customer service centers, which bears the brand name “Carlcare”, a number of free services throughout the day in all its 39 branches covering all governorates of the Republic from Alexandria to Aswan.

Infinix Egypt clarified that one of the most important services that will be provided free of charge is the work of complete software for the smartphone, cleaning the phone and checking the phone. It also offers discounts on all original accessories at a rate of 10% and on maintenance services and spare parts at different rates according to the spare part required to be changed.

Form his part, Chris Xu North Africa General manager in Infinix, said that the Customer Service Day aims to develop loyalty among old and new users of Infinix smart phones in the Egyptian market, where “Carlcare” customer service centers are accurate and efficient, and original spare parts are available and maintain and return the device. As new as it was before.

Guan Ren sheng Country Manager of Carlcare, stressed that the counterfeit and adulterated spare parts that are installed outside customer service centers greatly harm the producing companies, and reduce the efficiency of the smartphone, stressing that for this, Infinix and its customer service center Carlcare adopted the idea of a day Free service to provide original spare parts at an affordable price to all customers.

Infinix indicated that to facilitate customers wishing to take advantage of the free service on this day, it made electronic reservation of maintenance available through the Carlcare application, which is available on all Infinix smart phones, where the user can enter the application from his phone and choose the branch closest to him after selecting the smart phone model required to perform Maintenance for him and then determine the time that suits him to attend the branch, in order to save time and effort and to reduce crowding on the branches.
