AL NASER Developments participates in Cityscape Exhibition with a special package of units from its Three 14 Mall in New Cairo

AL NASER Developments, one of the leading real estate development companies, announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, scheduled to take place from 24 to 27 September.
The company will exhibit in Hall No. 4, showcasing a distinguished selection of units from its Three 14 Mall in New Cairo.
During the Cityscape, AL NASER Developments will offer exclusive packages of special offers and discounts, along with flexible payment plans tailored to customer needs, starting with a 5% down payment and installment plan of up to 7 years.
Eng. Nasser El-Tabbakh, Chairman of AL NASER Developments, stated that participating in Cityscape aligns with the company’s strategic plans to expand in the Egyptian real estate market and to deliver a premium real estate product that meets all customer aspirations.
He explained that AL NASER Developments is among the first companies to complete, deliver, and operate projects in the New Administrative Capital. The company has already finalized, delivered, and commenced operations of Golden Tower 1 project in the New Capital.
He confirmed that the company is working to complete construction on Golden Tower 2 by the end of this year, while also starting construction works on the Three 14 development.
For his part, Eng. Ahmed Nasser, CEO of AL NASER Developments, stated that the company currently owns the Golden Tower 1 and Golden Tower 2 projects in the New Administrative Capital, while Three 14 represents its third project in New Cairo, with total investments amounting to EGP 5bn.
He explained that the Golden Tower 1 project in the New Administrative Capital is a mixed-use development including commercial, administrative and medical projects. The mall is built on an area of 3,000 sqm.
Nasser noted that the company’s second project in the New Capital, Golden Tower 2, is also a mixed-use project spanning 6,000 sqm, directly overlooking Al-Amal Axis, and providing commercial, administrative, and medical services to more than 600,000 people.
Meanwhile, Eng. Lorna El-Moghazy, General Manager of AL NASER Developments, affirmed that the Three 14 Mall, covering 6,000 sqm, is a mixed-use complex in the heart of New Cairo, just minutes away from all major roads. The project blends business, healthcare (WellCare), and modern lifestyle.
She added that the Three 14 Mall offers flexible offices, state-of-the-art clinics, fine dining restaurants, and upscale retail stores, along with leisure activities.
