Eng.Gerges Youssef: The company keens to increase its investments and present every new in the market
Continuing its series of successes in the market, New Jersey Developments, one of the major real estate companies, announced an upcoming cooperation with Coldwell Banker in the coming period.
Gerges Youssef, Chairman of New Jersey Developments, held a special meeting with Karim Zain, CEO of Coldwell Banker – Egypt, during his visit to NJD’s pavilion at Cityscape exhibition.
During the visit, Eng. Gerges Youssef, NJD Chairman welcomed Karim Zain, CEO of “Coldwell Banker – Egypt”, and reviewed the most prominent stages currently available in the company’s various projects, besides negotiations about exporting real estate which both parties keen on, expecting successful cooperation.
Karim Zain said that Coldwell Banker achieved growth during 2022, adding that the company had set strong goals that it will work to achieve them, assuring that exporting real estate is a priority for the company during the current year, which witnessed increase in the percentage of sales outside Egypt to 17%, and the year before was only 11%, which reveals that the rapid growth of this sector, continuing that they aim to achieve 20% real estate exportation during 2022.”
Eng. Gerges Youssef, confirmed that the company keens to provide every new and distinctive to its clients, whether inside Egypt or abroad, and it also keens to expand its investments through several companies in the Arab countries
He added that New Jersey company participated in Cityscape, the largest real estate event in the region, and launched new (Balance) phase in Genesis project which is “medical – commercial – administrative” one, and presented new real estate products that include “Business Suite – Hotel Suite – Single Office”, and the project is located in the most distinguished areas in the Down Town in the New Administrative Capital.
He added that the company launches new (ETERNITY) phase in Jura project, which includes hotel apartments and chalets, and the project is in the best area in El-Galalah city in Ain Sukhna, and it is located in a distinctive area, and one of the best geographical areas directly on the Red Sea in El-Galala, on an area of 10 acres and with investments amounting to one billion pounds, at a depth of 200 meters, with investments and a beach width up to 180 meters, through which 80% of the project areas are allocated to landscapes and artificial lakes, as Jura project also consists of a hotel and a marina for yachts, and includes chalets, penthouses and duplexes, all of which with direct sea views, hotel services and different spaces that satisfy most tastes.
At the end of the meeting, Karim Zain, CEO of Coldwell Banker-Egypt, praised the different thinking adopted by NJD and the initiative that it keens to launch during Cityscape exhibition and provided sign language interpreters at the exhibition to help all those who face hearing impairment from visitors of the exhibition to attend and speak with Senior real estate developers.
The initiative is the first of its kind in the real estate market and exhibitions in general, as it contributed in serving many clients and their families of the hearing impaired and gave them the opportunity to learn and enjoy the explanation of the projects of all the companies participating in the exhibition, as this comes within the framework of the social responsibility of New Jersey Developments(NJD).
