Dubai Misr has collaborated with Platinum Sustainable Development International, a leader in green building and sustainability, to develop Obsidier Tower in accordance with the highest sustainable development standards, aiming to establish it as one of the flagship green buildings in the New Capital.

Platinum Sustainable Development International is a Dubai-based global consultancy with over 20 years of experience in implementing and managing major sustainable projects across the Middle East.
The firm is internationally certified in LEED, WELL, and Net Zero standards and has contributed to hundreds of diverse projects—including towers, office buildings, hotels, and malls—in collaboration with government entities and global companies.
Under the agreement, Platinum will develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy for Obsidier Tower, ensuring the highest levels of environmental and operational efficiency.
