New Jersey Developments, one of leading real estate development companies, announced its participation in Cityscape Global 2023 Saudi Arabia, which will be held from 10-13 September 2023 at Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.
New Jersey participates in the exhibition by presenting a distinguished group of its various projects in New Administrative Capital and Ain Sokhna. Additionally, the company provides exclusive and new offers to its customers during the exhibition days.
Chairman of New Jersey Developments Eng. Gerges Youssef stated that the company is participating in Cityscape Global, the largest and most powerful real estate event in the world, within the framework of the company’s plans to participate in global real estate events to keep pace with the state’s plans to support real estate export. Besides, attracting more foreign investments to Egyptian market, and increase dollar resources to support local economy.
Youssef pointed out that the exhibition witnesses the participation of a number of major international real estate development companies, and 4 Egyptian real estate development companies, led by New Jersey.
He noted that the company is offering during the exhibition period a distinguished group of Jura project units, which includes serviced apartments and chalets. The resort is situated in prime location in Galala in Ain Sokhna, which is one of the best geographical areas on the Red Sea directly in the Galala region over 10 acres with investments amounting to EGP 1bn. It has a depth of 200 meters, and a beach width of 180 meters, with allocating 80% of the project areas for landscaping and artificial lakes.
Additionally, the Jura El Galala Ain Sokhna includes a hotel and a yacht marina, comprising chalets, penthouses, and duplexes, all of which feature direct sea views, with hotel services and different spaces that meet all demands.
Youssef pointed out that real estate investment is still the top concern of Egyptians and the most stable sector in the Egyptian market, accordingly, Egypt has become one of the most important markets in the region to attract major Arab and international real estate companies.
It is expected that more than 180,000 visitors, whether interested, local or international investors, or experts, will attend Cityscape, with the participation of more than 200 speakers discussing challenges and developments of real estate sector. The Cityscape Global exhibition will address a number of conferences and forums, such as the Future Housing Conference, in addition to innovation challenge dedicated to emerging companies with the presence of a group of speakers and experts in real estate sector.
